WARRANTY POLICIES, EXCHANGES AND CAUSES FOR RETURN. 1. INCOMPLETE ORDER - That you request more than one unit and only one arrives. 2. BROKEN PRODUCT - That the product arrives broken either due to poor packaging or poor treatment by the carrier. 4. WRONG PRODUCT - That we send something different than what you requested. 5. Products that come into contact with the skin are not covered by the warranty once the customer uses them. This point refers to (HAIR REMOVERS AND SHAVERS). 6. Good evidence must be sent, that is, a video clearly showing the damage or dissatisfaction with the product. Photos alone are not accepted. 7. Please note that when returning a warranty claim, all parts, including the box, must be returned wrapped in cardboard. If the product arrives at our warehouse without any protection, the warranty will not be honored. You have a maximum of 10 days to report the warranty claim.
